I needed a speedy siding repair on a house-like, today! Texted Brian a picture and he said it was doable and he'd b over in 30 minutes. He was there on the dot and had it repaired in about 30 minutes. I also wanted to give him $200 for his time instead of his usual $140, but he was adamant that I only pay his hourly rate. Brian removed an old cast iron sink from our kitchen and replaced with a beautiful new copper farm sink.

I had some water damage that caused issues with my backdoor and the wife had been on me for months to get it fixed. Brian promptly returned an online request for service and was able to come over and give me an estimate later that day. He handled the dogs in our house with care and let himself get a good sniff-down from both dogs while he made friends with them. He gave me a fair estimate for the work and he agreed to come back and do the job. He was only here for a short time but got the job done completely. He found the source of the leak, fixed that.
